Our Divisions:

To maximise efficiencey, the company is split into 6 divisions: Property Maintenance;  Health Care Surgery's; Fire - Flood Restoration; Specialist Civil Engineering and Plant Hire; Support Scaffold and Access and last but not least General Construction - Design & Build. This allows each division to act independently, be self accounting whilst ensuring the right staff and operatives are utilised to achieve their utmost performance.

Our Founder:

The Company is run by it's founder Mr Kim Lewis, who gained his experience within this specialist field whilst employed by John Mowlem & Company. Employed in a management role by Mowlem Building, Mr Lewis was engaged in numerous large reinforced concrete and steel frame structure projects until he was transferred to the Specialist Contracts Division to oversee the everday running of various smaller, but structurally intense and demanding specialist projects.

These consisted of many specialist buildings, included M&E services and Command  Control facilities along with structural alterations / refurbishments of various Grade 2 listed buildings for the Government, Grosvenor Estates, Landmark Trust and numerous other private clients.

After realising there was an opening for experienced professionals like himself he formed Viceroy Building Limited, thereon building a reputation for successfully, jacking, moving and alteration works generally shunned by other companies as difficult and not worth the effort, he found himself being referred to by some as the "Red O'Dare", within this specalist sector of the construction industry. At first, this started off as an embarrassing joke but soon led to the company being offered and undertaking specialist alteration works for prominent clients such as the Johnson & de Rothchild families, overseas investors and private clients financed by insurance companies.

Mr Lewis via this company has gained huge success and experience within this specialist sector of the construction industry and hopes to continue for many more years to come.
